Ms Tanya Mulvey

Ms. Mulvey has a passion for all the sciences.  She has studied at WVU, Salem Teikyo University, Averett College, Davis and Elkins College - with a major in Biology and a minor in Theatre.  In Ms. Mulvey's classroom she likes to have students think outside the box and find connections to the always changing world of science.  She believes in students having some control in projects so that they are able to explore and research as well as find a creative way to showcase their ideas.  She is endorsed in Science 7-12 and English.  She has one young daughter and two very large dogs.  In her spare time, she loves to perform, has strong ties to debate and philosophy and can be found at the local drive in enjoying new movies.  Ms. Mulvey has been teaching for roughly twenty years at the secondary and university levels and truly enjoys working with students.
