Ms. Rama Srinivasan
Ms. Rama C. Srinivasan will be teaching Dual Enrollment Physics and Conceptual Physics. She is entering her second year, teaching at Rock Ridge and is looking forward to having a fun-filled, productive school year. She has a collective teaching and academic related experience of over sixteen years – ten of them were college level classes, teaching undergraduate Computer Science and directing a high school Web-Based Pre-Calculus Program in the states of Tennessee and Arkansas, respectively. She has been teaching Mathematics and Physics at the middle school and high school levels in Bangalore, India for the past five years in both the Indian ICSE (Indian Certificate of Secondary Education) and Mathematics in the IGCSE (International General Certificate of Secondary Education) affiliated with the University of Cambridge International Examinations. She is very passionate about teaching and believes in the idea of being a life-long learner herself. She is a very optimistic person by nature. She hopes to spread happiness and positivity in her classroom as well. She loves to listen to South Indian Classical music and to read news articles on a variety of topics. Ms. Srinivasan is also the sponsor of the Rock Ridge High School Model United Nations Club and is the coach for Student Congress in the Phoenix Debate Team.
