Mr. MacMillin

Mr. MacMillin (Mr. Mac) is excited to be starting his 20th year as a Physical Education Specialist.  This is his third year at Newton-Lee and is looking forward to working with all of his awesome student and introducing some new innovative lessons and games.  

Mr. Mac was born and raised in Springfield Virginia and grew up in the Fairfax County Public School system.  Mr. Mac played one season of football at Shepherd College before returning to the Northern Virginia area and continuing his education at George Mason University where he earned his degree in Physical Education.  

Mr. Mac lives in Purcellville with his wife and five amazing kids.   During his free time he enjoys playing golf, running, working out, wood working, coaching his kids sports teams and catching up with old friends.  Being a native Northern Virginian, Mr. Mac is a huge fan of the Washington Football Team, Nationals, Capitals and Wizards.  

Mr. Mac is very excited to be at Newton-Lee Elementary School and he is looking forward to meeting all of the wonderful students and their parents.
