     About This Teacher

¡Bienvenidos a la Clase de Español!

I hope you are as excited as I am to start this school year! I'm originally from Bayamón, Puerto Rico. I graduated from the Interamerican University of Puerto Rico with a B.S. Degree in Airway Science Management and from the University of Maryland University College with a M.S. Degree in Management.

While living in Arizona, I taught Spanish as an emergency teacher and I enjoyed it so much that I went to school again and got my Secondary Teaching Certificate. This would be my 9th year teaching Spanish. This year I will be teaching Spanish I and Spanish II.

I have been married to my military husband for 18 years. We have two children. I have lived in California, Arizona, Florida, North Dakota, South Carolina, and Belgium. I enjoy teaching, traveling, languages, food, learning about other cultures, and going to the beach.

Best wishes on your new school year! ¡Buena suerte en tú nuevo año escolar!
