WELCOME PUTMAN PEEPS 

I am excited to begin another great school year here at Discovery Elementary School and cannot wait to meet my new peeps for the 2019-20 school year!  This will be my 12 year teaching.  Prior to coming to Discovery I taught in Prince William County for 9 years.  

I was born and raised here in Loudoun County (Lovettville).  I graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University with a Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice and graduated from Marymount University with a Master's in Elementary Education.  

Outside of the classroom I enjoy cooking/baking, cheering on my favorite teams (let's go Washington Redskins, Capitals, and Nationals), and spending time with my family.
