Degrees and Certifications:

Erin Wilhelm

My name is Erin Wilhelm and I am thrilled to be the Dean at Pinebrook Elementary School for the 2017-2018 school year!

I am originally from Edmond, Oklahoma and attended Vanderbilt University where I received my Master's Degree in Special Education and my Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education and Human and Organizational Development.   I worked for the Fairfax County Public Schools for the past seventeen years, spending ten years working full time as a classroom teacher and assistant principal. The past seven years, I worked part time as a Mentor Resource Teacher, mentoring first year teachers, and as a Data and Intervention Coach. This part time work provided me the flexibility to stay home more when my three girls were younger, while staying connected to a profession that I love! I am so happy to be part of the Pinebrook community and can't wait to meet everyone soon!

During my free time, you will likely find me on the soccer field cheering for my girls, enjoying some type of outdoor activity, cooking or reading a good book  My family is in the process of moving to Aldie, VA and we are so excited to explore all that Loudoun County has to offer!

I am looking forward to a fantastic 2017-2018 school year and am absolutely thrilled to be a Pinebrook Puma!
