Welcome Rams! I am excited to begin my third year with the Social Sciences and Global Studies department at Riverside! I am a former LCPS student and I am honored to teach in the community I learned so much from. I recieved my Bachelor of Arts Degree in Social Science at Radford University in 2016. I will be teaching three Intro to AP World classes and two WH/Geo to 1500 A classes. I am looking forward to an awesome school year. GO RAMS!

All classes determine a student’s grade by utilizing two categories of assessments when calculating the quarter grade. Summative assessments include tests, essays, and projects and will determine 90% of the grade. Formative assessments, including homework and classwork, will determine 10% of the grade.Reassessment Policy:
Reassessments are an option for students who earn below an 83% on the original assessment. Prior remediation is required before taking the reassessment. Remediation assignments and reassessments must be completed in accordance with the published deadlines. Students may earn up to a 83% on the reassessment.
Retests will ONLY be given on Monday and Tuesday mornings at 8:15 and on Wednesday afternoons.Make Up/Reassessment Dates & Times:- Monday and Tuesday mornings at 8:15 a.m.- Wednesday afternoons at 4:05 p.m.
