    Labradors!

     

    This year is already shaping up to be the greatest year ever.  I am Mr. Oakley and I am the one of the three PE teachers here in the Legacy Family.

     

    This is my 2nd year in LCPS but my 6th year teaching PE.  Previously, I taught 3 years of elementary PE in Shenandoah County, VA.  I spent my rookie season teaching in Southern Maryland as an itinerant PE teacher.  This year I will be full-time at Legacy Elementary.

    I am a graduate of Shenandoah University. GO HORNETS!  I was born in Jacksonville, FL so I am a huge Jaguars fan, but I root for some local teams too like the Nationals and the Capitals.   

    You are not fully educated until you are physically educated.  I am passionate about educating students about the importance of health, safety, and sports in their early lives.
