Professional Biography Chris Kohlasch
Career and Technical EducationMy name is Chris Kohlasch and this will be my third year teaching at Riverside High School. I will be teaching Sports and Entertainment Marketing, and Marketing Co-op/Non Co-op. Prior to teaching at Riverside, I was a Marketing teacher at Chantilly High School for four years. In addition to teaching, I am also a DECA advisor.
I graduated from Broad Run High School in 2008 and went on to Old Dominion University to earn a B.S. in Occupational and Technical Studies, graduating in 2012. Outside of school I am very involved in the Ashburn hockey community, as I am the head coach of Broad Run HS Varsity hockey.

Turned-in next school day = Highest grade of 80%

Turned in AFTER 10 calendar school days = accepted for a grade based on the teacher’s discretion.
Students will have 2 blocks after an assessment to make arrangements for remediation before retaking the test/project. Students will receive the higher of the two grades up to a maximum of 84%.Extra Curricular Positions DECA Advisor
