Mr. Tompkins

I have been in Education for 14 years and am happy to be starting my 13th year here at RBMS! I have been fortunate to hold a variety of positions through the years. My career path has been:

• 15 years in Supply Chain Management working with companies such as General Motors and Ford Motor Company.
• Switched careers into education at age 35.
• Mathematics teacher for 8 years.  Subject Area Lead Teacher for 3 years at RBMS.
• School administrator for 2 years where I served as the 7th and 8th Grade Dean.
• Civics and Economics teacher for 3 years.
• Currently serves as the Department Chair for Technology Education and teaches Introduction to Computer Science and Technology of Robotic Design
