    Dr. Tinell Priddy     Tinell Priddy - Principal

    Dr. Tinell L. Priddy brings a broad range of instructional, administrative, mentoring and professional development facilitation experiences to the Academies of Loudoun Administrative Team.

    Dr. Priddy has spent the last 22 years as a teacher, coach, athletic director, senior master educator, assistant principal, and principal in Washington DC, the Pacific Northwest, Hawaii and Virginia. In the time that Priddy has been onboard with LCPS, she has overseen the opening of the Academy of Engineering & Technology, the newest program of Academies of Loudoun, which opened in fall 2016 at Tuscarora High School.         Walter Strathdee - Assistant Principal

    Mr. Walter Strathdee comes to AOL with extensive, diverse experience – he began his career in Australia as an apprentice diesel mechanic, worked as a tradesman, and has taught and coordinated courses at the Barrier Reef Institute of Technical and Further Education. Since arriving in Virginia, he has worked in the Career and Technical Education Department for Loudoun County Public Schools. Mr. Strathdee has completed his Masters in Leadership and achieved National Board Certification.

    Craig Lewis - Director of AET
    Mr. Craig Lewis began his teaching career in North Penn School District in Pennsylvania teaching technology educations for two years. He then moved to Fairfax County Public Schools and gained ten years of experience in instruction and curriculum development at Thomas Jefferson High School for Science and Technology (TJHSST).  While at TJHSST, he served as the Coordinator for their innovative Integrated Biology, English, and Technology program and also served as Director of the Engineering Design Research Laboratory.       Jennifer Chang - Director of AOS
    Ms. Jennifer Chang has served as the LCPS Science Specialist since 2002. She previously taught chemistry at Park View High School and Westview High School in Avondale, Arizona, and served on the chemistry faculty at Maricopa Community College in Glendale, Arizona.  During her tenure with the LCPS Science Office, she has worked to redesign the Independent Science Research course and has played a vital role in the redesign of LCPS honors-level science courses. Click to read more.

        Matthew Wilburn - Director of MATA

    Mr. Matt Wilburn began his teaching career with Manassas City Public Schools. He moved to Loudoun County Public Schools in 2001 where is served as an assistant principal (2004-2014) and principal (2014-2018) at Stone Bridge High.  He is a graduate of Princess Anne High School in (Virginia Beach) and West Virginia University (BS-Secondary Education, MA-Educational Leadership).

    Tony Bauer - Director of School Counseling
    Mr. Tony Bauer is the Director of School Counseling at the Academies of Loudoun (VA). He graduated from Virginia Tech in 1981 with a BS in Marketing Education. He earned an MA in Human Resource Development and Training in 1988 and earned his MS in School Counseling at Marymount University in 2001. Click to read more.
