Mrs. Stefanie Krimsky

Stefanie Krimsky is a proud graduate of Loudoun County Public Schools and is excited to be returning to LCPS as a teacher.  Before working in Loudoun, Mrs. Krimsky taught at a STEM magnet school in Alexandria City Public Schools and at an elementary school in Montgomery County Public Schools.  She has lived in Virginia, Vermont, California, and Maryland and happily settled in Hillsboro during the Charter Academy’s inaugural year. Since she had taken time off from teaching while her daughters were young, she had lots of time to spend volunteering at HCA those first couple years.  She knew from early on that working at HCA would be a dream come true and was ecstatic when she was offered the fourth grade position. It is a perfect fit for Mrs. Krimsky, who is passionate about children’s literature, making math make sense, and teaching about her home state of Virginia. Outside of school, Mrs. Krimsky can be found enjoying the great outdoors while hiking and gardening, lounging nose-deep in a good book, or enjoying time with her husband, four daughters, extended family, and friends.
