    Biography:

Hello! I am excited about teaching at Potomac Falls High School again this year!  As I begin my twelfth year of teaching, I am happy to be returning for my seventh year with the Potomac Falls High School community. For the 2023 - 2024 school year, I will teach DE US & VA Government or PLS 135 as listed on the NVCC course catalog. Previously, I have taught Semester Economics, Civics & Economics, U.S. History, and Science to 6th, 7th, and 8th-grade students. I have also spent time tutoring and working in learning centers that focus on remedial learning and study strategies.

My educational background includes a Bachelor of Liberal Arts in History and a Master of Arts in Teaching. One of my goals in education is to provide a positive learning environment where all students will have the opportunity to learn, grow, and succeed.

My wife and I have been blessed with two wonderful girls! I enjoy walking with my wife and daughters, biking on the WO&D trail, hiking in Great Falls and Shenandoah National Parks, and just about anything outdoors.

Additionally, I am the National Honor Society Sponsor and the Boy's Varsity Tennis Coach.

I look forward to a great year working with all the staff, students, and parents of the Potomac Falls High School community. Go Panthers!
