Mr. Eric Stewart, Principal

  • Eric Stewart started his career in Loudoun in 1987 at Blue Ridge Middle School as a 6th grade long term substitute math teacher.  The next year he was one of 26 teachers hired in all of Loudoun County (In 2017, LCPS welcomed 800 new staff) and worked at LCHS as a math teacher.  He was later a dean at Broad Run HS, assistant principal at Simpson MS, principal at Sully ES, principal at Smart’s Mill MS, LCPS Director of Curriculum and Instruction, and since 2012 principal at Harmony MS.

    He is a graduate of the University of Kentucky and George Mason University and has been an adjunct instructor at Strayer University and George Mason University.  He is an avid outdoorsman and loves fishing for large fish.
