    This is Ms. Tinnell's second year at Park View High School. Ms. Tinnell has a Bachelor of Science degree from Radford University and a Masters of Arts degree in Health and Wellness from Liberty University.
    She also has a Health and Physical Education K-12 licensure from Shenandoah University. 
     
    Ms. Tinnell is the Head Coach for Swimming and an Assistant Coach for the Track and Field team.
