About Mrs. Goulet

This is my tenth year at Harper Park. I was born and raised right here in Northern Virginia. I went to George Mason University and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in English.  I worked in the publishing industry for over 20 years.  I completed the Career Switcher Program at Shenandoah University and earned my license to teach Middle School English.  I am excited to combine my experience as an editor and writer with my passions for reading and writing and of course, build relationships with my students.  

My family and I have been living in Leesburg for over twenty years and we have one child attending Loudoun County Public Schools and two graduates of Loudoun County Public Schools, both attending Virginia Tech.  In my free time, I love to be with my family, especially at the beach, watch the NATS, read, craft, and cook.  If I'm not in the kitchen or the craft room, you can find me on the sidelines cheering on my kids.
