Mr. Signorelli joined the Dominion Titans in the 2016-17 school year following 11 years as a classroom teacher. Prior to becoming Assistant Principal, Mr. Signorelli served as Summer School Principal at Potomac Falls High School in 2015 and Dominion High School in 2016. During the 2016 Credit Recovery Session, The Department of Instruction and the Office of High School Education tasked Mr. Signorelli with improving outcomes by implementing a Blended Learning model and monitoring its effectiveness. Prior to his experience as Summer School Prinicpal, Mr. Signorelli completed his internship in School Leadership at Loudoun County High School where he led the School Improvement Team, served as a technology lead for a laptop pilot and Office 365, served on the School Leadership Team, facilitated an after hours program for students in need of additional academic support, and worked with teachers to mentor English Language Learners.
Prior to transitioning to school leadership, Mr. Signorelli taught guitar at Loudoun County High School (LCHS) for 11 years, Stone Bridge High School for 1 year, served on the Board of Directors for Aguado Guitar Concerts, performed locally, and maintained an active private studio. Mr. Signorelli also served as an AVID teacher for 2 years at LCHS.
Mr. Signorelli received his MSEd in Leadership and Administration from Shenandoah University in 2015 and his BM in Performance from the Crane School of Music at SUNY Potsdam in 2005.
