I am thrilled to be in my seventh year of teaching in Loudoun County and sixth year full-time as an Arcola Dragon.  I am originally from Richmond, VA, where I started my musical career as an actor and singer.  I grew a love for drums and percussion and earned a Percussion Performance degree and Master of Music Pedagogy degree from Shenandoah University (Go Hornets! Buzzzzz).  I now play percussion for the Virginia National Guard 29th Infantry Division Band and love to play music and sing with my wife (who is also an LCPS music specialist);our two cats, Hazel and Poe; and our two dogs, Kubo and Knox.
