    Mrs. Mokhiber is excited to begin her fifth year of teaching Kindergarten at Newton-Lee. GO EXPLORERS! She was born and raised in upstate New York in the Capital District/Saratoga Springs area. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Boston University and a Master's degree in Education from the University of Phoenix. Mrs. Mokhiber worked as an assistant in the Newton-Lee Library, prior to joining the Kindergarten Team. She has 5 wonderful children,  all of whom graduated from LCPS. Mrs. Mokhiber enjoys music, sports, cooking, and traveling with her husband, children, and puppy! 

     

    Mrs. McNamee is the teaching assistant in the classroom. She is starting her fourth year of work in Kindergarten and has been a wonderful addition to the team! She was born and raised in Northern Virginia and graduated from George Mason University. She is married with 2 daughters who attended NLE and are now at Virginia Tech and Riverside HS. Mrs. McNamee enjoys her spending time with family, cooking, chocolate, coffee, Smith Mountain Lake, and the beach!
