This is my seventh year with Loudoun County Public Schools and Hillside. I grew up in Bismarck, North Dakota, lived in Minneapolis, Minnesota with marriage bringing me to Virginia 19 years ago.   I received my Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Political Science from Concordia College, Moorhead, Minnesota, and I will complete my Master’s degree in Special Education this spring at George Mason University. I live in Ashburn with my husband, my son, and my daughter.  We have 2 pets, a turtle and a hedgehog.   I enjoy spending time with my family, attending my daughter’s soccer games, visiting my son at James Madison University, reading, and cooking.  I look forward to getting to know my students during this exciting school year!
