    Mrs. Jones holds a bachelors degree in Elementary Education from James Madison University. She earned her masters degree in Curriculum and Instruction, with a concentration in Instructional Technology from George Mason University. She has been teaching for more than 30 years. She began her teaching career in Shenandoah County, Virginia, where she taught at the middle school level. From there she joined the faculty of Wakefield School in The Plains, VA, where she served as a teacher and administrator. While there, Mrs. Jones taught a variety of subjects and grades, predominately high school and middle school English and history. Upon leaving Wakefield, she came to Loudoun County where she taught fourth grade at Hamilton Elementary. After four years at Hamilton, Mrs. Jones joined the Harmony Middle School staff.

    Staying Informed

    I post my assignments and class announcements through my Schoology classes. Please check there frequently for assignments, announcements, and other important information. Students can find access their courses through the Schoology app in LCPSGo.

    Parents are able to see each of their child's classes, including assignments, calendars, and notices. There is a link to Schoology in Phoenix.

    Phoenix is the official grade book for all Loudoun County Public Schools. My grade book will be updated weekly. ParentVue

    If you are experiencing issues with your student chromebook or your password, please contact the Technology Support Center (571-252-2112), M-F, 7:30am-5pm, for remote help as much as possible (i.e. passwords, account access, etc).
