Mr. Carr received his B.A. in History from West Virginia University and his Masters in Education from West Virginia University.  He currently teaches Dual Enrollment United States History and AP Psychology at Loudoun County High School.   Mr. Carr taught 19 years at James Wood High School in Frederick County Virginia.  He has taught United States History, United States Government and Service Learning Government.  In addition, he coaches the throwers on the Track and Field team at Loudoun County.
