Welcome to First Grade  

Hello and welcome back to the new school year! My name is Mrs. Schaefer. I am excited about starting my seventh year as a Shark. I cannot wait to meet all my new students and dive into a wonderful school year. As a former LCPS student, I am excited to return as a teacher, and continue Loudoun County’s great work. A little about me: I graduated from West Virginia University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Multi-Disciplinary Studies and a Master’s Degree in Elementary Education – GO MOUNTAINEERS! I live in Purcellville with my husband. In my free time, I enjoy baking, crafting and spending time with my family and friends. I cannot wait to start this year. I know it is going to be great!
