Next Community Table Dinner: TBD (March 2019)

Community Table of Loudoun is an organization dedicated to providing restaurant-style sit-down dinners for free to all people in the community, and to raising awareness of food insecurity in our local community. At Loudoun County High School, we are proud to say that this will be our third Community Table dinner. We hope to build on our success this year, and serve even more people from the community a free, hot, restaurant-style meal!

Last year's dinner was a great success! About 150 people from the community came to our school and were served a hot meal, restaurant-style, with student volunteers as servers and adult volunteers preparing and plating meals in the kitchen. Student volunteers also provided musical entertainment throughout the evening.

Our dinner was made truly special by all of the generous support we received from community members and local businesses. We had so many student, parent, and staff volunteers helping out! It was inspiring to see. Several local businesses donated food, funding, or both, and people from all over the community donated money, gift cards, sundries, and other essentials to make our dinner happen. Without the generous support of everyone who helped out last year, our dinner would not have been possible. Thank you so much to everyone who supported us!
