    Riverhawk Running Club

    What is Riverhawk Running?

Riverhawk running club is a club designed for anyone- anyone- who wants to get faster or run farther- the aim is to increase endurance and speed! It is designed for students who participate in sports and students who want to run a mile.Everyone is welcome to join! In the club, we won’t just be running the entire time- we will work on strength training and speed drills, as well as mental toughness!

    When do we meet?

We meet on Mondays and Wednesdays after school, from 3:30-4:30. We will meet in A12 and leave from there to run around Lansdowne, run on the track, and even run to the playground! Last year, we ran to a scavenger hunt and competed in our own Olympics! We WILL work out even in the rain! If it’s raining, we will work out inside.

I’m interested! What do I do next?

If you are interested in participating, please bring a check for $100 (to cover the cost of race registrations) made payable to Belmont Ridge Middle School, and drop it off to A12 or leave it in the main office for the math club. We will meet every Monday and Wednesday afternoon starting Monday September 30.
