• Monday, June 3 (B Day)

     There are no activity buses this week.  If you are staying after for any reason you need to arrange your own transportation home.
    Today students are receiving their yearbooks during their fifth block class. A sale of extra yearbooks will take place while supplies last this coming Wednesday, June 5 from 8 to 8:25 a.m. near the auditorium. The cost is $35.
    The Grizzly teachers would like to recognize Kate Barnette and Jessica Jiang as students of the month for May. Team Grizzly teachers would like to thank these students for their diligence and outstanding efforts in the classroom.

    There are still approximately 550 overdue library books checked out to Farmwell students. Please bring your overdue library books back to the library as soon as possible. If you have any questions about what is checked out or what to do if you've lost a library book, please stop by the library and ask.

You must register on line to participate. This is a great way to meet the current team members and lean how to be a part of the team.      The Broad Run Crew team just completed its 3rd season at Broad Run. Crew is a growing sport in Loudoun County. The team is hosting a Learn to Row Clinic the week of June 10. You must register on line to participate. This is a great way to meet the current team members and lean how to be a part of the team.     Decades Week doors have been judged, and the winners are as follows ... 3rd place, with a 1980s theme is Miss Simon's room (B7); there was a tie for second place between Mr. Montaner's room (B10) with a 1970s Jaws theme and Mrs. Rossi's room (B16) with a hodge podge of everything theme; and Space Jam was the winner! First place goes to Ms. O'Malley's room (B5). Ms. O'Malley's reclaims the top position (where she resided for three years prior). Congratulations to everyone that participated. The doors were fantastic!
    Congratulations to Katalina Romero for winning the Farmwell Station Space Day Logo Contest! Her drawing will be used to make the t-shirts for the contact day with the International Space Station in October. Katalina you are out of this world!
