Degrees and Certifications:

Ms. Schuyler Stephens

I am eager to help students become proficient in French as well as understand the francophone world and France’s role as one of the leading countries of Europe. I lived in Paris for 11 years where I obtained undergraduate and graduate degrees from the University of Paris-Sorbonne and a D.E.A from the Ecole des Hautes Etudes en Sciences Sociales. I also have a graduate degree from Cornell University. I have taught college-level courses in France and the US and a wide variety of students of many backgrounds and ages. I have worked for the past fifteen years in Loudoun County with the best students a teacher could wish for.  I am especially interested in using educational technology and making cultural comparisons. I am a National Board Certified Teacher.

At Potomac Falls, we value building relationships, working hard, and making connections to ensure students
are life, college, and career ready.
