Jason Dutton

Hello! This is my fifth year teaching here at Loudoun Valley!  I have lived in Loudoun county my entire life, growing up in Aldie and Sterling and graduating from Park View.  From there I went on to receive my Bachelors Degree in Mathematics at Virginia Tech and a Master's Degree in Education and Human Development from George Washington University.

I currently live in Ashburn with my wife Heather, my daughter Molly (who turns 1 in December), and cat Luna.  I have a wide range of extra-curricular interests including playing golf, watching sports, playing various computer and board games, learning more math, and love of bad puns.

You can reach me via email at  I am available before school every day (typically at 8:15 assuming I am not in a meeting) and am more than happy to stay after school as well.   If you want to stay after school please speak with me ahead of time in case I have an appointment.  This year I am teaching Precalculus and Calculus.  There will be no summer assignment in either course.  You can find assignments, notes, homework, and other course materials on Google Classroom.
