• Welcome to Mrs Most's Class

Mrs. Most is very excited to be teaching here at Sterling Middle School.  She is a Sterling Park native having attended Sterling Elementary, Sterling Middle School and Park View High School.  She graduated in 2011 from West Virginia University with a Bachelor’s degree in Athletic Coaching Education and a Minor in Sport and Exercise Psychology. She also has a Master's Degree in Special Education from Regent University.

This year she will be teaching functional academics for the core content subjects of English and History. She will be co-teaching with Allison Trautner who will be teaching your child Math and Science. They will be working together to instruct your child in functional life skills and Community Independent Instruction (CII). Functional Life Skills are skills that students need to help them in reaching their individual potential in becoming as independent as possible. Skills include, but are not limited to, time and money management, organization, social skills, personal care and independent living skills. They will also be participating in Community Independent Instruction where once a week we go out into the community and explore job and leisure skills that the students will use in their everyday lives.

If you have any questions, please feel free to contact her at any time.  The phone number here at Sterling Middle School is 571-434-4520.  Her email address is Samantha.Most@lcps.org and this is the best way to get in contact with her.
