•     Welcome to the 2018-2019 School Year!


         Ms. Mejia is an EL (English Learners) teacher. She has a  Master's degree in Multicultural/Multilingual Education from George Mason University.  This is her seventeenth year with Loudoun County Public Schools.  For the 2018-2019 school year she will work with EL students for extra language practice and development.


         She was born in Tegucigalpa, Honduras.  At the age of seven her family moved to Monrovia, Liberia.  Ms. Mejia through her own life experience thoroughly understands and empathizes with the difficulty and struggles in adapting to living in a new country, culture, and langugage.
