• Welcome to Kindergarten

  • Reading is FUN! Hello!  My name is Lisa Schwarz and I am SO excited to join the Kindergarten team!  This will be my 25th year of teaching. I've taught K, 1st, 1/2 combo, 4th and most recently have been a Reading Specialist.  Fun fact - my FIRST year of teaching was Kindergarten.  I am originally from PA and graduated from Penn State (We Are.....)!  I have lived in Leesburg for the last 18 years, and love that I am now teaching in my community!!  My husband is the Instructional Designer for Virtual Loudoun, and my daughter is a 2017 JMU graduate.  When I'm not teaching, you can usually find me at the gym, reading, or hanging out with my family.  I look forward to a wonderful year!  Please email me if you have any questions or concerns.
