    My name is Nancy Comins. I am excited to be teaching 5th grade at Sycolin Creek this year. I started my career teaching 1st and 2nd grade in Loudoun County. Most recently, I taught 5th grade in Frederick County. I am excited to return to LCPS and continue teaching 5th grade. 
     
    I live in Winchester with my husband, who is also a teacher, and our 2 sons, who are both freshman in college. 
     
    I enjoy reading, playing with my dog, watching baseball (especially if my son is playing), and spending time at the beach. 
     
    I’m looking forward to a great year!
