Mr. Damien White

This is Mr. White's 16th year working at Belmont Ridge Middle School and 4th serving as Lead Counselor. He currently works with all students who have an IEP or 504 plan as well as our ELL students. He is also the Military Connected Counselor (liaison). Additionally, Mr. White is the Junior Varisty Girl's Head Soccer Coach at Riverside High School. 

 

Mr. White previously served as a Rehabilitation Counselor for the District of Columbia's Rehabilitation Services Administration before obtaining a second degree and working as a school counselor with Monongalia County Schools in West Virginia. Mr. White also has numerous experiences in both public and private mental health services.

 

Mr. White has received a B.S. degree in Child Psychology, a M.A. in Rehabilitation Counseling and also certification as a School Counselor in grades K-12. All degrees were conferred from West Virginia University. Let's Go Mountaineers!
