Hello Timberwolves,

My name is Mrs. LaMaster, and I am so excited to be a part of Trailside Middle School.  Orginally from Pennsylvania, I graduated from Indiana University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor's Degree  in Education.  I went on to get a Master's Degree in Curriculum and Instruction from Virginia Tech.  This will be my thirteenth year teaching in Loudoun County. I taught fourth grade for six years at Meadowland Elementary and three years at Smart's Mill teaching 6th grade math. This is my fifth year here at Trailside.

When I'm not busy teaching, I love spending time with my three children Luke (12), Logan (12), and Morgan (11).  

I am looking forward to a great year at Trailside.  I am thrilled to be teaching in a math classroom as that is my favorite subject to teach. I hope to challenge students in class so they can relate the topics they learn in math to everyday life, making connections to the world as we go along.
