Your DepartmentWelcome to the 2018-2019 school year.
Riverside Community,I am the RAM. I joined the faculty at Riverside High School in 2015 and now I am here for another exciting year! Here at Riverside students are placed at the apex of learning! My educational plan for the 2018-2019 school year will include innovative team-teaching in English, Science and World History. I am fortunate enough to work with extremely high octane teachers in a nurturing environment were learning happens on a daily basis.I received my undergraduate degree from Winston-Salem State University in Special Education with a minor in Counseling and my graduate training from George Washington University in Educational Technology Leadership. Currently, I am completing my graduate degree with a concentration in Instructional Design.This is my eleventh-year teaching in Loudoun County Public Schools. Prior to teaching at Riverside High School I worked at Broad Run High School (Here's to a wonderful experience and introduction to Loudoun County Public Schools). My plan for this school year will be to incorporate the same level of student support and committment in every classroom.The Riverside Rams are forging a new path of Respect, Advocacy, Motivation and Service to cultivate an environment conducive to teaching, learning and research.
