    Riverside Rams! Lawrence Wharton
    Science
     
     
    Welcome to Earth Science at Riverside High School! Mr. Wharton is a tenth year teacher in  Loudoun County who came to the science department after over thirty years in business. His business career included ten years with E.I. DuPont de Nemours,Inc. in a variety of financial services, supervisory and sales positions. He was also a small business owner for twelve years and left a ten year banking career to enter the field of education.
     
     
    He graduated from Shenandoah University's Career Switcher Program, and obtained a Masters of Business Administration (marketing-Loyola College, Baltimore, MD), and a Bachelor of Science degree in chemistry and biology from Union College, Schenectady, NY. Outside interests include photography, motorcycles, scuba diving and travel. He is  co-sponsor of the We're All Human Club (Sources of Strength) and the Photography Club as well as being a PBIS Team Leader.
