Kelley, Deborah (CTE)

Deborah Kelley has been teaching Family and Consumer Science (FaCS) classes for over 19 years. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Science from Southeastern Louisiana University (SLU) and a Masters in Curriculum and Instruction from Nova Southeastern University and is certified in both FaCS, Business, and ServSafe Certified. Presently taking courses at the Nazarene Bible College (NBC).

Born and raised in New Orleans, Louisiana, Mrs. Kelley brings with her a rich taste for different cuisines and a flair for good old-fashioned southern hospitality. She has taught in Loudoun County for 20 years; one year at Eagle Ridge Middle, one year at Potomac Falls, and 12 years at Broad Run High School. This year she will be teaching; Introduction to Culinary Arts, Early Childhood Education I & II, and Teacher Cadet. Mrs. Kelley is the Director of the Ram Preschool, Master Family Career and Community Leader of America (FCCLA) Advisor and Sponsors the Culinary Club, and Educators Rising Teacher Leader. Her purpose in life is to serve others and improve the quality of life for her family, friends, students, community, and the global community through FaCS classes, community service projects, and missions.
