Theresa Chua is an EL teacher at Evergreen Mill Elementary. This is her third year as an EL teacher. She has been with Loudoun County Public Schools since 2005 as a resource teacher in various elementary schools.  She has Master’s degrees in Special Education from the University of the Philippines and Shenandoah University.  She has  an addditonal EL endorsement. This year, she is excited to be serving K-2 students as an EL teacher. She is proud to be part of the Evergreen Mill Elementary community and looks forward to working with you and your children.
