       During her 17th year with Loudoun County Public Schools, Mrs. Colbert teaches 7th and 8th graders Introduction to Computer Science (ICS), Computer Science Foundations (CSF) and 6th Grade Computer Applications at Trailside Middle School.  Prior to teaching in Loudoun County, she worked for Northern Virginia Community College and various government agencies and corporations including the United States General Accounting Office, the New York City Transit Authority, New Jersey Bell, Bell Atlantic, and Verizon, Inc.

       My outside interests include Sun, Sea, Sand, Swimming and solving Su Doku puzzles.  After school I co-facilitate National Junior Honor Society (NJHS) candidate selection and induction at TMS and advise other LCPS middle schools.
