• Mrs. Estrada with her husband, Daniel

“At Potomac Falls, we value building relationships, working hard, and making connections to ensure students are life, college, and career ready.”

Mrs. Estrada joined the Panther family in the summer of 2014 and has loved being part of our school community.  Prior to becoming a Panther, Mrs. Estrada taught high school Spanish for 12 years.  She earned a bachelor’s degree in Spanish from East Carolina University in 2000 and later earned two Master’s degrees from Texas State University: the first was in Secondary Education and the second was in Education Leadership/Administration.  She loves to learn new things, particularly in the areas of diverse cultures/traditions and anything having to do with nature.  She has enjoyed traveling domestically and internationally and has her Top 5 Bucket List Travel Destinations: Maine, Vermont, Japan, Thailand, and Austria!  Some of her favorite cultural experiences include taking a road trip around the United States for 6 weeks with her mom, studying abroad in Spain in college, serving as a Team Leader in Americorps NCCC-Western Region, and backpacking parts of the Yucatan, Belize and Guatemala.  She has two children, Thiago Everardo and Milán Gael as well as a stepdaughter, Kristen Daniella, with husband, Daniel.  Mrs. Estrada is here to help the Panther community – should you need her, please reach out via email Mari.Estrada@lcps.org or through her office line directly: 571-434-3213.  ¡Se habla español!
