    Hi my name is Mrs. Schorer. This is my 10th year teaching at Cool Spring. I can’t wait to get to know you and your child throughout the school year. I believe learning should be fun and engaging for all students. My classroom is a community of learners where we understand the importance of being respectful, responsible, and ready to learn. I strive for my students to learn to love learning and gain confidence. I look forward to a year filled with joy and laughter as we all grow academically and socially.
     

    As for myself, I am a product of Loudoun County Public Schools and graduated from Stone Bridge High School in Ashburn. I obtained my Bachelor’s degree from the University of Tennessee-Knoxville (Go Vols!) and went on to complete my Master’s degree in Elementary Education from George Mason University. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my husband, playing with my dog Rooney, and cheering on my favorite teams; the Pittsburgh Steelers, Pittsburgh Penguins, and Tennessee Volunteers!
