About Me

I was born and raised in Logansport, Indiana and I graduated from Purdue University in 2000 with a Bachelor's degree in Special Education. I began my teaching career as an Emotional Disabilities teacher in my hometown at Logansport High School. I went on to teach in Hobart, IN, then in Dayton, OH and I am now beginning my sixth year here at Heritage High School. I have been married to my husband, Eric, for 23 years and we have 3 kids. Our oldest son, Connor, is a recent graduate of George Mason University. Our son, Cole, is starting his senior year at Georgetown University and our daughter, Chloe, just began classes at Northern Virginia Community College. We also have a dog named Sonny and a puppy named Kora. I am looking forward to a great school year!
