Mrs. Armstrong is continuing to be a part of the Cardinal Ridge Elementary team this year for her seventh year with LCPS.
She is from a small town south of Winchester, VA and resides there with her husband and dog Stella. Her two grown children live close by and one is attending Penn State. Mrs. Armstrong enjoys spending time with family and friends, historical preservation, church music and photography.
She holds a Bachelors and Masters of Science in Communication Sciences and Disorders from James Madison University, a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech Language Hearing Association (ASHA), and is licensed by the VA Department of Health Professions: Board of Audiology and Speech-Language Pathology.
She has over 30 years experience in pediatric communication disorders and specializes in hearing impairment. Mrs. Armstrong was a partner in Winchester Speech Pathologists, PC for over 18 years. She has been a Clinical Supervisor for James Madison University. Mrs. Armstrong is excited to meet your child and be a positive team member and contributor on their journey to communication and academic success!
