Hello! I am so excited to be jback at Cardinal Ridge Elementary School! I am a graduate of both Central CT State University with a Bachelor of Science in Art Education and The Graduate Institute with a Master’s in Art Thinking & Learning. I have eight years of teaching experience across 3 states and have even lived in Italy for 3 years with my husband and little girl. I started the first U.S. Red Cross therapy-dog program in the country, helping military members, their families, and local nationals. 

I am excited to see the students again and to take them on a journey around the world learning about the art and techniques used in other places.
