Mrs. Tory Miller

Mrs. Miller has taught Latin in LCPS for 8 years.  She has taught at Harmony Middle School, Mercer Middle School, and Woodgrove High School.  She strives to create a class environment where all students feel comfortable being themselves and engaged in learning.  She provides students with bonus opportunities outside of class, such as Latin Club, Latin-themed parties, banquets, and events, and field trips to Latin competitions, Virginia State Latin Convention and even Italy!  She earned her degrees in Latin and teaching from the University of Virginia.  Outside of school, she enjoys spending time with her husband, daughter, and cat, listening to musical soundtracks, and cheering for UVA basketball!
