      Mary V. Pellicano
       

         Mrs. Pellicano started working at Tuscarora in 2011.  Before that, she was a
      Lib
      rarian at Blue Ridge Middle School and Stone Hill Middle School. Mrs. Pellicano has a degree in Communications and Media Art from Suffolk College in New York, a Bachelor of Arts Degree in English from the State University of New York at Stony Brook and a Master of Library Science Degree from Syracuse University.  She lives in Leesburg with her husband, two children and two fat cats named Thunder and Lightning.  In her spare time she likes to read, travel and work in the garden.
           Mrs. Pellicano sponsors Tuscarora’s Virginia Readers' Choice Twitter Chat Book Club.  She is also the sponsor for the Sophomore Class as well as Tuscarora's Young Democrats Club.

      Karen Yurish 

      Mrs. Yurish started working at Tuscarora in 2013. Before coming to Tuscarora, Ms. Yurish served Loudoun's students as a middle school Language Arts teacher, a high school English teacher, and an intermediate school librarian.  Ms. Yurish has a Bachelor’s Degree in English and a Master of the Arts of Education from the College of William and Mary.  She has her endorsement in Library Media from the University of Virginia and UVA Wise.  A native of Loudoun County, Ms. Yurish currently resides in Western Loudoun with her husband and two children.
