Mrs. Souada Bailoul

I came to USA from Morocco, where I received my Master's Degree in Psychology in 1993. I'm happy to have realized my dream of being a teacher, the dream that always tickled my emotions. I taught for two years at the Morocco Institute of Technology. Then I got the chance to work for 2 years in a middle school.  When I came to the United States, I worked with children of all ages for ten years. After this experience, I decided to advance my skills, so I registered at NVCC to get my CDA (Child development associate degree) and become a professional in the early childhood field. I worked with LCPS for six years at Steuart Weller ES as ELL TA. I also worked with SA in Summer School. Becoming a teacher has made me realize how truly important my role is to the kids. I understand that their future depends on what we teach them everyday.  Working as an educator doesn't only help me as a teacher, but also makes me a proud mom of 2 great kids (Othman, Nasroallah).

I enjoy playing indoors and outdoors, reading, cooking, watching movies, and traveling with my husband and kids.
I'm so happy to be a member of Trailside School as an Instructional Assistant.

I am very excited to start my second year here at Trailside as an instructional assistant. Prior to joining the Pack, I was an LCPS substitute and a stay-at-home mom. I was born and raised in Los Angeles, California. However, I’ve been on this side of the US for 10 years now. I live in Ashburn with my husband and 3 beautiful children; a preschooler, kindergartener and second grader. We enjoy going to the beach, camping and traveling. I am also a track & field coach at Potomac Falls High School. I am looking forward to working with all the students and staff here at Trailside!

I am so happy to be coming back for my fifth year at Trailside.  I began as an Instructional Assistant for my first 2 years, and then became a Resource Teacher for grades 6 and 7. I have lived in Ashburn for 14 years with my husband and four children. My youngest son is a senior at Stone Bridge HS, I have a son at Penn State, and 2 children who have graduated, one from JMU and one from UVA.

Before becoming a stay-at-home-mom, I worked for Mobil Oil Corp. and Sears Corp. in marketing and financial analysis roles. I have a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Economics from University of Delaware. My favorite things to do include gardening, exercising outdoors, and going to the beach, especially Cape Cod! I am really looking forward to another great year with the students and staff at Trailside!

I am very excited to work as a Resource/Study Hall teacher at Trailside Middle School. I have been a Resource Teacher here for several years and enjoy working in the school environment. I previously taught high school math and worked in the business world for several years. I have worked at various schools but Trailside is my favorite!

I taught Algebra and Geometry in Virginia and then in New Jersey. After marrying and moving to New Jersey I got my Master’s degree in Statistics from Rutgers University and worked for a large corporation until our children arrived.  We lived in New Jersey for 12 years and then in England for 4 years.

We moved back to Virginia and live in Fairfax County. Our children are grown now but stay with us some of the time. Our oldest son is an attorney in Virginia and our daughter is the owner and director of a local ballet studio. Our youngest son graduated last year from WVU and is in the Navy.

I am also a Realtor and occasional costume assistant for my daughter’s studio. When I have free time, I like to read or go to the beach.

I have a Bachelor’s of Science in Psychology, specializing in child psychology, from George Mason University. I speak fluent Spanish and some French. The majority of my experience is in teaching math and science to middle school age children. I look forward to sharing my talents and experience with your children at our new school.

I am excited to begin my 15th year with LCPS. It's my 6th year here at Trailside, and it's a great place to be! Middle school students are my favorite group to work with. Together we can learn all there is to know about Distant Learning. Even though it will be a different kind of school year, I'm looking forward to building a community where students feel confident and successful.

My husband, Rob and I have lived in Leesburg for 22 years, and our two children have gone all the way through LCPS schools, graduating from Loudoun County High School. Our daughter lives in Richmond and our son lives in Arlington. Hanging out with them tops the list of my favorite things. We love to travel together and see new places. I also love to read, so let me know the great books you've read.

I am delighted to be returning to Trailside for my third year as an Instructional Assistant. Before joining the pack, I was an early childhood teacher for 5 years and I worked for St. Johns County Public Schools in Florida. I realized my passion for teaching at a young age. Preparing and teaching my own children before they went off to school really sealed the deal. Becoming a licensed ELL teacher is one of my current objectives. As a former ELL student myself, I understand the frustration, challenges, and rewards that comes with being an English Language Learner.

In my free time I absolutely love spending time with my kids, either watching movies, going sightseeing or just hanging out. I have two girls, one in college, the other in high school and my youngest is in middle school. I am excited to be back! I look forward to working with the students and our wonderful staff!

Hello Timberwolves!

Hello! My name is Myah Robinson, and I am so excited to be part of this great Trailside Middle School Timberwolves Pack!  This will be my first year at Trailside and it is a pleasure to be working with you all.

I am from Northern Virginia and have lived here my whole life. I attended Ferrum College and graduated with a Bachelor of Science of Human and Health Performances with a Minor in Coaching. My goal is to train young athletes with strength and conditioning and help them to become stronger and healthier.

I started teaching three years ago at a private school in Herndon. Sadden to say, the school closed due to Covid. However, I was ecstatic to be able to find Trailside Middle School and be hired to become the new ISR Teacher/ Teacher Assistant. My favorite quote is "Success isn't always about greatness. It's about consistency. Consistent hard work leads to success. Greatness will come." --Dwayne Johnson. I take this quote everywhere I go because I believe that sticking to a routine and doing it repeatedly will help you achieve what you are aiming for.

Outside of teaching, I love to coach. I am the Girls Basketball Head Freshmen Coach at Herndon High School and have been coaching for four years now. I also train basketball for the 3rd-8th grade girls and boys 2 days a week. In addition, I love to work out and go shopping. During my down time, I try and focus on self-care. We all know we need it!!

I am excited to start my journey here at Trailside and be able to get to know each and one of you. I look forward to meeting you all!!

I am excited to begin another year at Trailside Middle School this year! This will mark my 5th year with Loudoun County Public Schools, and what a great place to be! I am a Special Education Instructional Assistant and feel very privileged to be able to work with so many wonderful and inspiring children every day.

Before working at LCPS I was previously in the banking industry for 18 years. My family and I have lived in Northern Virginia for over 10 years now and coming from the west coast, I am happy to be able to enjoy all 4 seasons on this side of the country. When not working I enjoy spending time with family and friends, cooking, baking and especially spending time at the beach. I am an avid reader and enjoy volunteering at the local library. I look forward to another fantastic journey at Trailside. I am very proud to be a Timberwolf!
