Miss Rebekah Hess

The 2022-2023 school year is Miss Hess' fourteenth year in teaching. She has been at Rock Ridge since it opened in 2014, first as an English teacher and now as one of two theatre teachers in the award-winning Fine and Performing Arts program. Miss Hess graduated with a Bachelors of Arts in English from Lee University and a Masters of Education in Secondary English Education from The College of William and Mary. She recently pursued graduate classes in theatre at Regent University in order to become certified in theatre education. This is Miss Hess' seventh year teaching theatre. She is happy to return to the English classroom and teach English 10 Academic again this year.

Miss Hess is passionate about the study of reading, writing, performing, and creating, and she is looking forward to working with the students at Rock Ridge and the incredible staff as we continue to build a positive educational environment and excellent theatre program.
