She holds two Master's degrees, one in Applied Microbiology from India and the second in Environmental Science and Public Policy from George Mason University, Fairfax, Virginia. Students will also learn to read and understand scientific text, be better note takers and hone their observation skills. In addition to science, Mrs. Ganguli will be co-teaching the AVID elective class with Mrs. Latourrette (Room A14). She is excited to work with motivated 7th and 8th grade AVID students who will learn how to be better note-takers, organizers and collaboraters. They will take learn to be responsible for their own learning and build a path that will lead them to fulfill their college dreams in the years ahead.
Mrs. Ganguli encourages parents to take an active role in their child's education. Please email her with questions, comments or concerns at firstname.lastname@example.org and she will respond as soon as possible. She is also available after school (by appointment) for extra help.
