Meet Mr. Ritter

Mr. Ritter is excited to be teaching his 4th year of Art here at Lucketts Elementary.  Before he began teaching art, Mr. Ritter earned a bachelor's of fine arts degree with a concentration in graphic design from Shepherd College. He initiallly worked as a graphic designer and illustrator for an advertising agency and then as a technical illustrator for numerous patent attorneys. Doug then received his teaching certificate through Shenandoah University. He has grown up in here in the Northern Virginia area, is married and has 2 wonderful daughters. Looking forward to another great year of wonderment and creative thinking!
